Work
Everything that is product design. Four case studies written at length, and the projects around them that did not get an essay but are worth seeing.

Trunkrs Shipping Portal
The merchant platform. Forecasting lives inside it and gets its own highlighted section.

Trunkrs Everything with Wheels
The operations app: collection planning and monitoring, distribution monitoring.

The Trunkrs Design System
Tokens, components, accessibility standards, and the distribution work that made it importable.

Intranet DASHBOARD to GreenOrbit
One product line across four surfaces. SaaS Awards finalist for UX/UI.

Unnamed Medical Logistics
Delivery dispatch for a medical-logistics operator: a jobs table where every row carries its own state, from ready-to-go through missing items to return-to-sender. Two years before Trunkrs, the same shape of problem.

ECAL Web App
Sports and venue schedules that fans subscribe to in their own calendar. The web app is the picking side: choose which schedules to sync, and every event carries its own actions rather than one link out.

Gameloft Customer Care 2.0
Self-service support across a catalogue of games. Game, then platform, then problem category, and only then a form, so an answer can arrive before a ticket does.

Gameloft Internal Tools UI Kits
Two internal consoles, an admin data tool and a live chat desk, drawn as one shared kit instead of separate screens. The design-system instinct a decade before it was part of the job title.

Gameloft Web Store
The worldwide web store, as its sole designer. The hard part was not the catalogue but the step before checkout: buying a game on 2010s mobile meant pinning down your country, carrier, manufacturer and handset first.

Gameloft Wireframes
Carrier co-branded landing pages for a featured title, and the download flow behind them: country, carrier and handset, or a link sent by SMS. Wireframes, kept because the reasoning is legible in them in a way a finished screen hides.

Globe Broadband 2009 Revamp
A telco broadband site relaunched on a three-month contract, aimed at working adults rather than early adopters: lifestyle photography, designer modems as the hook, plan selection as the spine.

Globe Broadband 2009 Revamp Studies
The directions that did not ship. Rounds of studies for a client whose brief kept moving, shown beside the revamp because the distance between them is the work.
