Forecasting
The half of the Shipping Portal where merchants confirm what they expect to ship. Trunkrs' own prediction is the default and silence counts as agreement, so a merchant only weighs in where they know something the model cannot.
Distribution Monitoring
The evening half of Everything with Wheels. Risk in three tiers rather than a flag, tours carrying the plain-language reason they are at risk, and editing treated as triage rather than repair.
Track & Trace
The recipient's side of a delivery, replacing the legacy app at parcel.trunkrs.nl. Four statuses face the recipient where the operation runs a longer state machine, and a delivery link opens its step on the parcel itself rather than in a flow of its own.
